Hello, I’m Helena.Product Marketing & GTM Operations.

I close the gap between what customers need, what sales promises and what product builds. First employee at a B2B SaaS that grew from €0 to €1.5M ARR, working on everything from customer interviews to the systems that run go-to-market.

Relocating to Melbourne in December 2026 · Work and Holiday visa (subclass 462) · Interested in employer-sponsored roles
18customer stories published, every interview led by me

Selected work

Five cases, one method: turn any bottleneck into a scalable, replicable process.

Product marketing and customer insight

Turning customer calls into the assets that close deals.

18 customer stories, every interview led by me

I led every customer call behind xNova’s success stories, then used what customers said to align the rest of the sales material and to build the tools sales needed.

Read the success stories
  • 18 published customer stories, every call led by meInterviews with exporters in building products, food, textiles, machinery and more, turned into success stories.
  • Key to closing mid-to-high ticket salesThe case studies became a core asset for sales conversations with larger accounts.
  • Sales assets rewritten around the customers’ own messageWhat customers said about xNova set the pitch, and the rest of the material was aligned to it.
  • ROI calculator, competitor comparison and data mapInternal tools for sales, built with customers’ input to make the value easier to show.
Revenue operations and data

From 90K dirty records to a firmographic-enriched ICP.

+5% more sales opportunities · 81% headcount coverage

A scoring model that ignored its own blind spots. I rebuilt the data behind it so sales could see the accounts that mattered.

  • 81% headcount, 65% revenue coverageFirmographics that corrected for missing export volume in the score.
  • +5% more opportunities, at €900/month average ticketAbout 20% of Tier 1 moved down; SDRs reached untouched, better-fit accounts.
Automation and AI workflows

An AI outbound engine that writes from each account’s own trade data.

5-step pipeline in Python and the Claude API · Built and reviewed, ready to launch

xNova’s sales team could only cover its top 5,000 accounts. A generic email pilot on 10,000 more showed where the funnel broke. I built a pipeline that targets only accounts with verified contacts and writes each sequence from the account’s own products, markets and competitors.

  • Diagnosis: 50% of accounts lost before sendingThe generic pilot found a relevant contact for only ~5,000 of 10,000 companies and produced ~112 qualified demos. Contact data was the first bottleneck; the message was the second.
  • Five steps, one source of truthContact validation with Apollo, account and trade data from xNova’s API, competitor context, then sequences generated with the Claude API. Every step reads and writes to Supabase, so runs resume without repeating API calls.
  • Low cost per account by designOnly the first two of five emails are generated up front; the rest only if the sequence continues. I reviewed the first 20 emails and refined the instructions before scaling.
  • Next: waterfall enrichment and a test by tierI left before launch. The next version adds several contact providers and measures personalised against generic copy: reply rate, cost per qualified demo and CAC.
Partnerships and channels

Building a partner channel from zero.

~30 opportunities · €27K (≈ A$43K) potential new MRR

Borrowing trust in a market that didn’t know it needed us. Three partner types, each with its own commercial model.

  • ~30 opportunities, €27K (≈ A$43K) potential new MRRSourced through about five partner organisations, at an average ticket of €900/month.
  • Trade associations paid a monthly feeMembers got a lightweight platform; the upsell to the full product came naturally.
  • Consultancies co-sold on commissionAfter a training programme I designed, and opened doors to accounts we had never reached.
Systems and operations

Planning the tech stack for a franchise: Club Barre.

ERP and website launch 20 Nov 2026

From one studio to a franchise. I designed the full architecture, then phased it into two projects the team can run and extend.

  • Translator between business and techBusiness requirements into specifications, technical constraints into decisions owners could weigh.
  • Phased on purposeThe full unified design stays documented as the next phase, so the system can grow without being redesigned.
Perspective

One view across five sides of a company.

A go-to-market plan only works if it works for every side of the company. These are the questions I ask on each one.

Five perspectives, one view. Each one changes what I look for.

Building with AI

Anyone can build now. Almost no one knows what is worth building.

Claude is my daily copilot. With it I have built tools that a year ago would have needed an engineer. As building gets cheap, the scarce skill is deciding what gets built. That starts with staying close to customers, because AI is also changing how they buy and what they value.

What I've built so far

Pipelines that run

A Python workflow that validates contacts, pulls account data and drafts email sequences with the Claude API.

Internal tools

An ROI calculator, a competitor comparison and a data map for the sales team, built with customer input.

Specs and architecture

A full system design for a franchise, documented across systems, modules, entities and fields.

About me

Close to the customer, comfortable with the technical side.

I started in content and paid channels. Talking to customers pulled me into product marketing, sales operations and partnerships, and now I build systems with AI that teams keep using. Relocating to Melbourne in December 2026, looking for a team where someone who connects every side is an advantage.

How I work

Start with the customer’s words

Messaging and tours come from real conversations.

Understand every side first

Business, sales, product and customer at once.

Audit the data before tuning

A model inherits the blind spots of its data.

Test the channel, then personalise

Validate with a pilot before scaling.

Make incentives explicit

Nothing happens unless it pays off for the other side.

Build it to repeat

Every fix is documented and designed to run again, in the next market or the next quarter.
